Oriflame Managers’ Seminar is undoubtedly one of the most awaited event, a platform where growing leaders ranging from level 12% and so on are invited, recognized and given a chance to get to know more about Oriflame – the brand, it’s motives, its Top Leaders’ success formulas and other informative and motivating sessions.
This year the seminar in Karachi took place in Regent Plaza Hotel.
Title recognition, fun, motivational sessions and leaders’ testimonials are the highlights of the event.
It is natural that people – both men and women thrive in a working environment amongst people who appreciate and value eachother’s evey little achievements and encourage to achieve more; Oriflame is just the right place. It is like a family to its members.
I was moved by how humble, helpful and polite everyone was at the seminar despite being title achievers on different levels. The atmosphere was friendly and hence, calming. Almost as if everyone was familiar with each other.
Senior Area Sales Manager – Tauseef Dar, along with Oriflame Pakistan’s Country Manager – Tahir Majeed played major role in conducting the seminar splendidly.
The event not only excelled at inspiring and motivating the members but also consisted of various dance performances to keep the crowd upbeat throughout.
Motivational session included Training Manager from Egypt, Faten Toma inspiring people with how they made Oriflame’s development possible despite crisis in their country.
Admittedly, nothing comes close to the amazement of male involvement on different levels in Oriflame, despite the stereotype of cosmetic brands being gender specific; that is not the case in Oriflame. Both men and women work side by side in order to try to turn their dreams into reality.
Title achievers ranged from level 12% managers to the highest title achievers are recognized and applauded, followed by Top 15 leaders of Pakistan by the end of the year.
Post achievers recognition, SPO Excellence Award is awarded to worthy leaders working hard to train upcoming leaders.
Every year Oriflame appreciates its Top 15 leaders’ efforts throughout the year in the form of an international trip called Top 15 council – the destination for the 2018 trip, Thailand, was announced during the seminar.
The most exciting announcement of the evening, however, was the different cash awards to be rewarded to title achievers – to be commenced from 2018.
12% to be awarded with PKR 6,500/=
15% to be awarded with PKR 8,000/=
18% to be awarded with PKR 12,500/=
21% to be awarded with PKR 15,000/=
Director to be awarded with PKR 162,000/=
In all sessions, the key objective was to ensure that all the attendees go back home feeling motivated and recharged.
The event finally concluded with crowd favourite artist, Asim Azhar performing a number of songs.
